My PhD supervision

In my PhD supervision I strive to coach researchers to achieve a rounded profile, as future academics. The PhD thesis is one element of this, as are teaching and contributing to research projects. When I apply for research funds, I include posts compatible with PhD studies as far as possible. I also ask PhD students to co-publish. If you check the web-pages of former and current PhD researchers you will see that some of them have published individually already before submission, frequently in referred journals. I also support prospective PhD researchers in their funding applications.
